Despite my initial concern about being near the lift, I found it surprisingly quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep. the very comfy furnishings made the entire experience enjoyable, even in the spare room that had a frosted window.

I did notice that the spare room felt somewhat pokey due to the lack of natural light and air circulation from its window facing the hallway. While this was a minor inconvenience, it didn’t significantly impact my overall satisfaction with the stay.

Marvellous and ideal location, really close to East End Cafe Precinct. Great-sized room with excellent facilities, GREAT service.

Honestly no complaint. Nicely furnished room with comfortable bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Wonderful, incredible location near to shops. And short walk to the Adelaide Zoo, Adelaide from New Zealand-Mantra and Rundle St and city centre.

I appreciated the cleanliness and the lovely décor; the comfortable furniture made it a cozy retreat. Conveniently, the location was within walking distance to the mall, making it easy to explore. Despite my initial concerns about being near the lift, I found it surprisingly quiet.

we had a pleasant stay at frome. the location was fantastic, allowing us to easily explore nearby attractions like the botanical gardens and art gallery. our room was spacious and clean, equipped with a comfy bed, a microwave, and a minibar. the staff were super friendly and accommodating, especially allowing us to check in early after our long journey, which was much appreciated.

Limited parking and wifi fees were frustrating!

No window in the bedrooms, only from the living room to the main street. Very small and narrow underground car park.

The location here is a huge plus – everything you need is just a short walk away! I found the rooms to be pretty spacious, which was a nice surprise. Plus, the staff were super friendly and accommodating.

The place feels a bit worn out. The kitchen wasn’t the cleanest, and the furniture definitely needs an upgrade. I had issues with the Wi-Fi limit on devices, which was frustrating. Oh, and if you're sensitive to noise, be ready to deal with late-night pub sounds! Not the best for a relaxing stay.

Location: the hotel was really close to many restaurants, good coffee and shops and cafes and the Art Gallery, Zoo and Botanical Gardens. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby The Griffins. The room was a decent size with excellent facilities and the location was favourable!

The shower pressure was so weak it felt like a drizzle, leaving me feeling grimy. Plus, the towels weren't even fresh, which was just gross.

Super location, incredibly courteous staff - extremely helpful, beautiful rooms.

We enjoyed a room with a spa bath, found the kitchenette with a microwave, electric kettle, and kitchenware to be very convenient, and loved the fantastic location with a pleasant view.

We were allowed to use our room until 11:15am.

This hotel features a lovely building and well-kept rooms, with especially well-equipped bathrooms that include a bath.

Clean to arrive to, I like having a kitchen and Laundry. Comfortable beds.

I feel that the advertising is not quite what you get ie. no mention that car parking costs,Laundry powder is not povided, DVD players are not actually in the room, Room was not set up as I had requested on my internet booking ie. no babycot or cot bedding ready on arrival, I have stayed at places of equivalent value and all has been as advertised and rooms set up to our familys needs.
